How We Work Out The Clearance Cost?

We will need to come to see the property that needs clearing in order to confirm any price agreed over the phone.

When we get to the property we asses the amount of furniture and items that needs clearing and work out the amount it will cost to be disposed of put our labour on top and that is the price.

Any items we deem as resellable or collectable etc we will work out the value of the item and deduct this from the bill if there is more than one item the same follows.
